Thermal management
Thermal management is critical to our customers’ applications and therefore of key importance to the parts we design. As performance requirements are increasing, ISE Magnetics intends to build a field lab to simulate the effects of air or water cooling on power-heated inductive components. If required, ISE Magnetics also uses FEM-based thermal management software to predict the effects of overheating on the part itself and its surroundings.
